This is it...the last week for the 2024-2025 school year!

Grade 7 & 8 students are writing final exams this week, with tutorial sessions available each afternoon. Please check with your child's homeroom teacher if you have any questions about final exams or tutorials. Grade 6 students will complete their final PAT – Math Part B and celebrate with a FRIDAY FUNDAY! Grade 5 students will be heading to Blackfoot Crossing in two separate groups on different days. Be sure to connect with your child’s homeroom teacher for details.

This past Friday, students spent the day learning about Indigenous cultures and participating in different Indigenous activities! Some activities included making bannock, lacrosse, painting turtles, braiding, Métis sash weaving, Norval Morriseau inspired art, dot painting, hand games, field shinny, and many more!

2024/2025 is winding down with field trips, awards ceremonies, and final exams.

Tomorrow is our annual Grade 4-6 Track and Field Day! You are welcome to come cheer on your fellow athlete at their events! Take a look at the map and schedules to see where and when everyone will be competing! Don’t forget to bring the essentials: hat, running shoes, water bottle, sun screen, snacks and lunch, bug spray, etc! GO ROYALS!

Our Grade 7’s visited the Alberta Birds of Prey Center in Coaldale last week, featuring hawks, falcons, eagles, and owls of Alberta! 🦅🪿🦉
