On Holy Thursday, March 28, 2024, students and staff from Christ the King Academy and St.Joseph's Collegiate experienced the Stations of the Cross. Thank you to Mrs. Liboiron's grade 8 Religion students and the SJC choir for sharing this with us.

DID YOU KNOW? Parents actively contribute to the success of the school community by contributing knowledge, perspective, and ideas at school council meetings and through other methods established by the school council, including, but not limited to, participating in committees, projects teams, and volunteer activities.
The Grade 7 students braved the snow and worked together to shovel sidewalks and driveways with Mr. Burla! It was SNOW much fun! #CTKAllTheWay
For Good-works, Mr. Haines and Ms. Sarmiento’s Grade 6 classes came together to make cards to show their appreciation to 20 businesses around Brooks that work hard to support and serve our students. They spent the afternoon hand delivering cards together along with a special treat! Way to go CTK! #CTKAllTheWay
Grade 5 students participate in Good Works making cards for important people, helping classmates clean lockers, and making prayer blankets for special people. Doing things for others is always a great experience.

Holy Week starts on Palm Sunday and goes to Holy Saturday, marking the days before Easter Sunday, the celebration of Jesus' Resurrection. During this sacred week the CTK family will participate in Good Works Projects and will experience a live reenactment of the Stations of the Cross.
