Athletics announcement Volleyball Tryouts: Interested students are invited to try out. September 7 and 9 Grade 7 Girls 3:30 - 5:00 Grade 8 Girls 5:00 - 6:30 September 8 and 13 Grade 7 Boys 3:30 - 5:00 Grade 8 Boys 5:00 - 6:30 Cross Country: Cross Country’s first practice will be on September 8th @ 3:30 in the afternoon. A sign up sheet is posted by Mrs. Bazan’s office. Important note to interested students, you have to show up dressed and ready for physical movements both for try-outs and for run practices.

School starts tomorrow for all students with a last name starting with A-K. Thursday, Sept 2 is start day for all students with a last name L-Z. Friday, Sept 3 is a regular Friday for all students! We can’t wait to see you all!! Welcome back! 😊

CTK is participating in the School Start program for a simple way for parents to order school supplies. If you are interested, please refer to the attachment. This is not mandatory - just an option for any parents that are interested. https://schoolstart.ca/store?s=2262

Friday, June 25 - 11 am - Academic Awards - teachers will be emailing parents with zoom codes so that you may log on and watch. Grade 5 and 6 year end certificates will be sent home with students on Friday. If your child is not here that day, certificates can be picked up Friday between 8:30am - 12 pm. The school will also be open Monday, June 28 and Tuesday, June 29 from 8 am - 3:30 pm. Grade 7 and 8 Year end certificates will be available Monday, June 28 or Tuesday, June 29 between 8 am - 3:30 pm.

The cafeteria will be closed next week. Please make sure that your children are bringing a lunch with them! The cafeteria will reopen at the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year!

Brooks’ Catholic Schools are celebrating 25 years of Catholic education in their community through interviews and story sharing. Episode 3: GATHERED as Leaders 2002-2014 explores the dozen years following the first graduation at St Joseph’s Collegiate. A significant facility addition completely changed the look and life of the schools. St Luke’s Outreach opened a campus in Brooks and the arrival of English Language Learners from around the world shifted the community’s demographic make-up and enriched the culture and education of the schools.
