CTK Parent Council Presents…..Family Movie Night The Details: 🗓️ When: Tuesday, June 16 @ 6:30pm 🍿 Where: The New Monarch Theatre 🎬 What’s Playing: School of Rock (starring the hilarious Jack Black!) Everyone is welcome! This is a completely family-friendly event. Bring your parents, your siblings, your friends, and your rock-and-roll spirit. Let's pack the theater and celebrate the end of the school year together. Tickets are $15 per person, which includes your entry, small popcorn, and a drink. You can purchase your tickets in advance at the CTK school office or at the theatre doors. Cash and card accepted. Every dollar raised from this year-end fundraiser goes directly back into enriching our students' school experience and helps Parent Council fund initiatives such as field trips, outdoor equipment, faith activities, guest speakers, etc.

CTK students had the opportunity to participate in a variety of Indigenous learning activities last week, deepening their understanding of Indigenous cultures, traditions, and ways of knowing. A heartfelt thank you to Nicole Polukoshko (Rupertsland Institute), Cheryl Henderson, and Les Skinner (Knowledge Holder/ Bushman) for sharing their knowledge, stories, experiences, and teachings with our school community. Enjoy your long weekend! Grade 8 LA written exams are on Wednesday morning and the Grade 6 LA PAT are on Friday! We also have Métis presentations this week! Note: Track and Field practices for zone qualifying athletes will be on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school 3:30-4:30.
