Parents of CTK - Our lost and found box is overflowing with amazing things. There are water bottles, pants, winter jackets and numerous other things. If your child is missing any of these items please come in and collect them or send your child to look. Our custodial staff will be donating these items by the end of the week. Thank you so much!
Upcoming hot lunch in support of the people of Ukraine. This form should have made it's way home with your student yesterday. All order forms are due by Monday, April 11.
We have a new student from Aguascalientes, Mexico and she wanted to start a lunch time Spanish club to teach some of her new friends some basic phrases in Spanish. Yesterday we had our first Spanish Club meeting and Mrs. Thiessen took the opportunity to also invite her parents in to help teach some popular phrases! Next week we will be playing Loteria en Espanol. Please see Mrs. Thiessen if you would like to join us!
Mr. Cruikshank wrapped up the Grade 5C options art class last week by making 3D hands. They turned out great!!

Japan is known around the world for its Cherry Blossom festivals during the spring. Sakura is the Japanese word for cherry blossom. Today at lunch, in Culture Club, students learned about the beautiful Japanese spring festivals and then painted their very own cherry blossom tree.
The Grade 5 athletics program is starting tomorrow!! For any interested players please meet in the atrium at 3:30. Rides will need to be arranged for pick up at 4:35. Practices will be Tuesday and Wednesday.
Thank you to all the parents and guests who came to our Grade 5 career fair. This was a final research project for our Gr 5 Info Pro options course with Mrs. Thiessen. Students were able to complete independent research and make a poster to present at the fair.
Mrs. DePiero joining the SJC Senior Boys Basketball team. CTK is cheering on these boys as they go up against Wainwright High School at 11 am. in the start of Basketball Provincials. We are so proud of you all!
