The Grade 5 Wellness class created their very own friendship bracelets and traded them with their peers. Each bracelet has motivational or kind words written on them to uplift one another. It was awesome to see the different designs that the students made! #CTKAlltheWay 🫶🏼

🎄✨ Looking Ahead: Week 2 of Advent – Peace ✨🎄 As we enter the second week of Advent, we’ll be focusing on the theme of PEACE and celebrating with some fun and meaningful activities! Here’s what to look forward to: ❄️ Dress-Up Days: Get ready for some festive fun! Students are invited to dress and spread some holiday cheer! 🛷 Food Drive Continues: Our food drive is still going strong! Please share non-perishable items to support those in need. Every donation makes a difference. ☕ Twonie Tuesday: On Tuesday, students can wear a hat and/or enjoy a delicious hot chocolate and cookie for just a twonie! It’s a perfect way to warm up and contribute to a great cause. 🙏 Good Works Friday: On Friday, students will participate in activities focused on good works and helping others in our community. 💖 Reconciliation: For those who choose, there will be an opportunity for both students and staff to participate in reconciliation. It’s a beautiful way to prepare our hearts for the peace of Christmas. We’re excited to continue our Advent journey with all of you, and we can’t wait to see how everyone embraces the spirit of peace this week! 🌟

🎄 Spread Christmas Cheer with St. Vincent De Paul! 🎄 This December, join us in giving back! On Tuesday, December 3, 10, and 17, bring a toonie to school and enjoy a hot chocolate and cookie delivered right to your class! 🍪☕ Additionally, we will be having a food drive from December 2-20. Bring dry or canned food items to help fill Santa’s Sack! Each grade will have their own sack to fill with food donations for those in need. 🎁 “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” – Matthew 25:40 Let’s come together to make this season brighter for others! 💖 #ctkalltheway

Feast of Christ the King (Tuesday, November 19) ***First, we will celebrate with Mass in the gym, followed by a procession, led by Father Eli, through the hallways at CTK. Next, CTK students and staff will enjoy a feast. ***Please send food items on the morning of the feast. Parent-Teacher Interviews (Thursday, November 21) ***Half-day for students. Interviews will run from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. No School (Friday, November 22) REMINDER: CTK is a nut safe school!
