2021-2022 Staggered Entry

The Christ The Redeemer (CTR) Catholic Schools 2021 – 2022 school calendar will include two staggered entry days for all students in Kindergarten to Grade 12.  A staggered entry allows for a more personalized and calm first day for all students and allows them to meet their teachers, some classmates and take care of organizing school supplies. 

Attendance during these early days of school will be important as we will also use this time to reorient students on necessary safety protocols. 

  • On Wednesday, September 1st, students with the last name of A  - K will attend school.
  • On Thursday, September 2nd, students with the last name of L – Z will attend school. 
  • On Friday, September 3rd, all students will attend class.

In cases where students have a sibling attending a CTR school with a different last name, CTR will use the oldest school-aged child’s last name to determine which staggered entry date the siblings can attend together.  In other words, your children will fall into the group according to your oldest child’s last name.
